We celebrated a birthday tonight. It was our first time here and we read the rave reviews, but I honestly wasn’t prepared for the exceptional quality. Sometimes high-end restaurants present very “precious“ food and this was not the case. The fish was incredibly fresh, the portions were unexpectedly generous, and the exquisite preparation of each dish balanced color, flavor, texture and true umami. I was in awe. The three of us glanced at each other and smiled, shared bites and tried not to swoon too much. Our server was attentive and gracious. The place is beautiful - again, a lovely balance of gleaming wood, clean lines and concrete walls.  Attention to detail is definitely their strength. We will be back. 

Could NOT have been a more delightful evening... amazing cocktails, ("GrandCar", "OldFashioned", Cabernet Franc).. fabulous food, desserts and coffee (Wings/Romaine/Beets/Artichoke/Ravioli/Coconut pie/Rice pudding)..great ambiance.. all made even more special by our fantastic server, Juliana who is so good at her job that she left us looking forward to our next meal there. My fiancee and I had a great experience! They called in advance to discuss the dietary restrictions I left in my reservation note and were able to accommodate us without issue. Upon arrival we were able to pick the table of our choice, and after receiving our first glass of sparkling wine while waiting for dinner to begin, the chef soon called the room's attention to discuss the menu and which local farms the ingredients were sourced from. Soon after we received the salad and soup + wine pairing, and each dish followed in just enough time to enjoy it without rush but without too much of a delay either. Each dish was incredibly delicious, filling, and beautifully presented. It was a very unique experience in that, while I've done tasting menus before, I had never done one from an entirely vegan place. While outside my price range for regular dining, I would absolutely do it again for a special occasion.

We planned a large team dinner at Revel with a set menu and it was incredible! The food was plentiful, they bent over backwards to ensure everyone's dietary needs were met (vegetarian, gluten free, no pork - we weren't a simple bunch), and everything was delicious and so plentiful, we were all beyond stuffed. Highly recommended for a large group - outstanding.
