Italy takes center stage with various pastas and wood fired pizza, a nod to Chef Niven’s time in Florence. NiMo is a casual yet elevated restaurant with pops of colors that add to the fun and excitement of the branding. The dining room features an open kitchen and is anchored by a 360 bar which opens to the exterior covered patio.
