Fiume opened in 2013 and is located in Compton, Owners Stefano and Carla welcome you to enjoy quality, modern interpretations of classic dishes inspired by their home regions of Sardinia and Basilicata. As Italians we are passionate about everything we do and food and drink are hugely important to our culture as we meet with friends and family to enjoy our time together. At Fiume you will experience a little of this culture as we share it with you. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we adopt a 'order at the bar' service for all restaurant seatings unless pre booked party's of 10 or more. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrivalLocated on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.
