Drinks took longer than expected at outset. Simple protein mistake forced 2 to start w/o the 3rd. Bring appetizer small plates WHILE we wait for food. Avoid customer asking 2nd time for fork replacement. Nothing insurmountable but trainable and curable. All staff, esp, Denair(sp?) are pleasant and warm.

The service was a bit slow and our waiter forgot the drinks … but did not forget to mention gratuity. I hate when restaurants impose gratuity, it should a reward to a good service and not something the waiter takes for granted whether they provide a good service or not. The food was good and the portions very decent

Fire and Oak had excellent appetizers and meals were tasteful and enjoyable. The waiter helped us celebrate a birthday with a sparkler and ice cream sundae. What a surprise.

I just want to say thank you to Fire and Oak. I went through Open Table for a reservation but it seemed the only offer was outdoor seating, which would have been normally okay, however it had been raining all day the day before and the patio was very wet. Earlier in the day I dropped in to see if they could seat us inside and they were able to get us an inside table for 6 people. We were meeting with family for early Christmas and Fire and Oak was a great midpoint for everyone. The meal was awesome.

I decided to take my wife here for her birthday, and we both very much enjoyed it. The restaurant is located in a very nice building. I believe it's a hotel upon arrival you're greeted then seated, and the waiter came pretty quick, so we didn't have a long wait to order. we started with Mac & cheese with three cheese and had some healthy bread crumbs on the top. we also had crispy local calamari that was so good they had chili flakes to give it some kick and came with tomato sauce for our drinks. I had a henny sunset. My wife had a pear lychee martini. Both were very good and strong, so we had two each, lol for our main course, we both had rib eye steak with mash potatoes for the sides for me I went with what they call a premium option which you can have a topping for the steak I chose this creamy bacon sauce and that give the steak some extra flavor and I have to say the steaks were seasoned very well not to salty just perfect and I have give a huge props to our waiter michael he was great he always kept checking on us and made sure we our drinks overall the food was good and service exceptional my only miniscule compliment is that the parking was so expensive like nyc prices $21 but like I said just a small compliment all in all we will diffently be back.

Food & service were excellent. The menu is diverse, the portions are on the large side. If I had to complain, I would say it was a little loud - but it had a strong energy to it. I wish I had room for dessert and was able to have a cocktail - lots of good choices. Highly recommend.

Amazing food, had a great time. Yuri provided an excellent service even though he doesn’t like short ribs. Timing was great, drinks were delicious. Best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Will definitely be making the drive to come back soon.

Outstanding food and service. Can't go wrong with the wood fired grilled steaks and the calamari was super crispy. Went here to dine out for Thanksgiving.
