El restaurante no está a la altura de un restaurante de alta cocina. Las carnes tienen mucha grasa, la atención no es de un restaurante de alta cocina, las bebidas no son muy buenas.

My wife and daughter both had the petite filets and wanted them cooked medium and medium well. Unfortunately both were over cooked and the medium well did not have a slight pink color and the medium did not as well. We realize it was Mothers day and the restaurant was busy but for the premium prices I would have expected a perfectly cooked filet. We did not say anything due to the occasion and they finished most of the steak. Other than that issue everything else was exceptional.

Overall the service was ok but not what I expect from an upper end steakhouse. Took 10 minutes to be greeted at the table. Server made no suggestions even though it was our first visit to Flemings. Probably our last as well. The proscuitto on my appetizer tasted like a refrigerator, definitely presliced and plated way before service. The coke tasted like there wasn’t enough syrup in it. Neither my wife or I took more than a sip. We were definitely disappointed. There are plenty of other options in the Destin area.

Beautiful tomahawk steak served sizzling hot on very hot plate. Brussel sprouts and potatoes were equally delicious. Our waiter was extremely attentive and it was an outstanding experience that I hope to repeat soon.

Honestly we had the best time! it was our friends anniversary and they were treated like royalty which was so nice!! The manager was amazing as well as our server! The food and drinks were if course delicious as well! One of our favorites in the area!!

As always, the food was excellent, but overall, I think our consensus is that unless we can get specific servers, eating here is not worth the exorbitant price. At $6 a drink, in an upper end establishment, our glasses should never be empty, and yet they were often. Our table should be prebussed regularly, and yet empty dishes sat throughout the meal. The server should anticipate our needs as much as possible without our having to ask for things. Yes, these are ideals, but when one pays hundreds of dollars for a single meal, things should be ideal. Next time, if we can’t get a server we know will meet our expectations, we just won’t go.
