We went on Valentine’s day which we understand would be busy but people that came before us were leaving. With our server it took us 3 hours. He forgot about us and the managers did not ask us about our experience. It was exhausting being there for 3 hours. We will never go back.

Not sure what’s going on, but the food was not up to the normal Fleming’s quality. Their new bread is embarrassingly mediocre for them, flavorless and boring. Their new bread baked potato was cold. Their soda machine was inoperative so my husband who does not drink alcohol had to get a cranberry with soda water and was charged the bar price for 2 of them. We were also relegated to the overflow room which was freezing after waiting for 20 minutes after showing up on time. While the service was great, That side room left us feeling insignificant…I would do something to that side room to make it inviting, perhaps add a fireplace or booths. Not sure what’s going on, perhaps cost cutting with the bread, equipment and staff. I hope it was a one off, because they really had a good thing going.

You would think an establishment like Flemings steakhouse knows how to cook a steak properly but unfortunately they do not

The food for the most part was good. me and my family have dined here before and the food and service was much better. This time around all was the same except for the service. Im pretty sure the waiter we had just started as a waiter from bussing tables because we felt so rushed during dinner. The waiter spoke fast and also had us decide on desserts before our first course was even out. It didn't feel like he wanted a high turn over to get more tables to make more money. It felt like he is used to moving fast and it carried over to his new position. We definitely hated this feeling. Overall Flemings is still a solid place for a good meal especially there promotions. Sometimes you get new hires or someone training which is fine. Hopefully he can slow things down in the future.

WOW! - the atmosphere and vibe of this place sure has changed! It used to have a low lit, elegant, steakhouse vibe…. But now the lights are bright and it feels like eating in a DINER! For me, if I’m gonna spend $300 for a romantic dinner and drinks (for two), I’d like to have an elegant experience. Food was good, but the ambience was really lacking! Unless this changes, I probably won’t go back - for the money, plenty of other places to get a better dining experience. ….bummer.

Outstanding dining experience! The customer service at Fleming’s Steakhouse in Woodland Hills is truly exceptional. His attentiveness and professionalism elevated our experience and added a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. The food was absolutely wonderful—perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. Fleming’s strikes a unique balance with its ambiance; it’s more casual and family-friendly compared to other steakhouses, making it a comfortable and inviting place to dine. However, the impeccable customer service makes it feel like you’re dining in a 5-star hotel.
