Although it was NYE, I was disappointed. We were seated close to the front door with cold air coming in constantly. Another party that was seated at our table asked to be moved because of the cold air & were accommodated immediately. Before we were seated at that same table, we asked if we could wait for another table & were told it would be at least one hour because they were overbooked. Within 20 minutes there were several tables available away from the door. Then the person I was seated with had to send their pasta dish back to the kitchen because it was cold. When food was brought back, it was warm, at best. I know it was NYE & they were extremely busy, but nonetheless it could have been better.

We really enjoyed our New Year’s Eve at Francesca‘s in Frankfort. The food is always amazing and the service is always stellar. Mario is the best.It was really decorated beautifully and I just can’t thank you enough for making it a wonderful evening.

I enjoyed the Lemon chicken with spinach and capers. Also the holiday drink menu was fun and delicious! Others, at my table enjoyed their pasta dishes and fun cocktails. Was a bit loud and hard to talk but enjoyed the evening. Food is always good here!

I had the worst food experience last night at Francesca’s. They served me over cooked mush except the Salmon that was barely 4oz. I have eaten here several times and I used to enjoy it and recommend it but not anymore and I will not spend another penny in that place. The manager came over and when I stated the topping and asparagus was mushy and limp and overcooked she said she would check with the kitchen and she never returned. I am not sure what she was checking with the kitchen for. Too much money for poor quality food. Service was fair considering the server recommended this particular dish.

This was our first visit to Francesca Fortunato, although our family is very familiar with the Mia Francesca brand. Before relocating to the East Coast, we lived in Chicago's West Loop, walking distance to the Mia Francesca West Loop location. We were frequent diners and hosted several events in the private dining space: wedding anniversary, college graduation, law school graduation celebrations and ladies' luncheons. We recently hosted our dad's memorial luncheon at Francesca's Vicinato in Tinley Park. Francesca's Fortunato lived up to Mia Francesca's exquisite brand. The restaurant is located in a lovely section of Frankfort, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was attentive, friendly, and the food was delicious. We had a lovely holiday dinner and are grateful that we "tried something new" for the holidays. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem.

Our experience was ruined by the deafening noise in the room where we were seated. There were five of us, you could only talk to the person next to you , and you had to lean into their ear to be heard. What a waste of almost $500.
