Join us at the iconic Hali'imaile General Store for Happy Hour in our bar and front lanai areas . We offer delicious food and drink specials daily from 2:30 - 4:30*. Food options include HGS favorites like our Crab Pizza and Upcountry Salad, as well as a delicious Herb Ricotta & Ceviche of the day. Wash it down with drink specials on select beer, wine and cocktails, including Wendy's champion Tai Mai. Don't forget to save room for our famous Pineapple Upside Down cake, featuring Maui Gold pineapples from right next door. *All Happy Hour food must be ordered no later than 4:30.

Join the Hali'imaile General Store Ohana for a Christmas Day Buffet. We will be serving an assortment of traditional and local dishes and there'll be something for everyone in the family. The price will be $85.00 for adults and $35.00 for keiki (tax and gratuity are additional). Please note that we will only be serving the buffet on this day and our regular menus will not be available. We look forward to spending this special day with you. Mele Kalikimaka!!!

What a great evening. We were greeted by the friendly hostess and shown to our table. Our server stopped by shortly and introduced himself, he informed us of the nightly specials. We are non-drinkers so no information on the drinks. Our food came out within a reasonable time and it was all amazing. The ribeye steak was perfect, the bone marrow butter was delicious. Mojo chicken was flavorful and moist. The paniolo ribs were excellent, just as I remembered. Desserts were equally delicious, pineapple upside down cake(add a scope of vanilla ice cream), banana cheesecake and the lilikoi creme brulee. A wonderful evening dining experience highly recommended. Ps If you have a person in your party with mobility issues they have a ramp access on the side of the building instead of the front stairs.

Did not love the table in the back of the restaurant but the food was great as always. Server was very courteous and helpful. A favorite on the island.

We had the Thanksgiving buffet here. The restaurant is charming. Everyone working was very welcoming and kind. The food was delicious and priced quite fairly. The staff was quick to clear plates and refill drinks. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving dinner special!

We go here every year for Thanksgiving, no place better on Maui. Great variety, very good food prep, excellent service, beautiful setting.

Love the service we receive there. Good food and great service! We usually sit in waiter Frank’s section and he’s always great, but we had a woman this time (forgot her name). She was sweet to our daughter and good help. Our usual waiter Frank saw us and came over to say hi too and checkin on us which was cool, even though he was in a different section. Love HM and will be back!

We were impressed with the service as the restaurant was prepared with numerous employees. Wait help, servers, food runners were plentiful. All were friendly and courteous and appeared truly happy to be working on a holiday. It is a reflection of the owners and management of Haliimaile General Store Definitely a “we will return” restaurant for our family!!!! Of course the food was awesome too Mahalo

Great service. incredibly noisy, The best fries ever !!! and the soggiest salad ever. So - a mixed plate on all levels. Not my go to for lunch .. what was the most wonderful was the romantic dining in the big back yard tent. Sadly the new owners don't keep it open for weekend dinners... too bad. You'll see me here again as soon as you do!!
