Fun atmosphere and great service. Enjoyed our food (legendary burger and chicken sandwich) and drinks (draft beer and Mango Tango non-alcoholic drink). The tables are very packed together, though, so don’t expect a private dining experience.

Food was great per usual. The staff was overwhelmed but handling it in stride. We loved seeing our favorite singer still at it (they sang to our daughter two years ago!).

Had a great meal. Seated quickly. Food was tasty. Felt a bit rushed by server to order. But no biggie. We would go back.

Tai was my server and she was terrific. Very friendly and helpful. I ordered the southwestern chicken bowl. In terms of flavor, it was delicious. The presentation was beautiful. However, only three stars because the chicken resembled leather. It was very dry and chewy. Some parts were so overcooked they were hard to chew. I did not say anything because I was hungry and on a short time crunch so did not want to deal with sending it back. The ambience was typical for a Hard Rock Cafe.

Meh. Food was wrong. Service was poor and slow. I have been to Hard Rock all over the world. This one was awful.

First our server was great! No issues there. I was expecting more in terms of atmosphere and decor from the Hardrock. I have been to many and wanted to show it off to my kids but it was very underwhelming with the memorabilia. I wasnt expecting much from the food but it was average at best and expensive. Just an ok experience overall. I would not return.
