Food was average and overpriced. Drinks were good. Server was nice but food was not timely between appetizer and main course.

The food was substandard and my dining partner sent hers back and it still came back undercooked. The restaurant was very noisy and the only positive thing I have to say was the waitress was top notch. She went out of her way to make things right and we really appreciated her attention and professionalism.

We had a really nice meal at 1933 for our 23rd wedding anniversary. The service was excellent. Our server was the perfect blend of professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He adapted a mocktail for me and made sure my food was dairy and gluten free. The colossal shrimp and wedge salad were good as starters and our filets with the sauces and sides were delicious and perfectly made. I highly recommend the chimichurri and mushrooms!

Great place for those with allergies. Server Ishmael and chef Dakota are wonderful. Very helpful and food and service were great.

Our server ruined our evening. This guy mixed up our orders and then never offered us a desert menu and because he already had our checks done, we got two different checks, one for desert and one for our regular food. I love 1933, third time there. But this server made the third time not a charm.

Great steak and sides. The Mac and Cheese bangs and pairs well with a steak entre. I got my steak “Oscar” (with crab meat and asparagus) but there was very little crab for the price and three pieces is asparagus. Probably worth it to just order a crab cake appetizer. The cauliflower side was also very good. Dessert cakes were large but average tasting (we got the carrot cake and chocolate cake with icecream). If you have a sweet tooth you will enjoy them though. Would definitely return for the entree quality.

Great lunch! My husband has celiac disease, so he was thrilled that the "She-Crab Soup" and "Lobster Cobb Salad" were both gluten-free. They were both delicious, and the soup wasn't salty. He really enjoyed it. He also loved all of the lobster, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, guacamole, hard-cooked egg, etc. in the Lobster Cobb salad. The buttermilk dressing for his salad was also delicious and gluten-free. I enjoyed chicken breasts with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The sherry sauce over the chicken was delicious! We sat by the window, looking out over the lush lawn and flowers. Lovely!

W Everyone was friendly, and the staff was excellent… Hope to return again… The building looks amazing in side all of the outside gardens are beautiful

Food , drinks and dessert were horrible. I do not see how this place stays in business. Neither my husband nor I could eat our meals. The manager came over and she did compt both of our main entrees. Also gave us dessert on the house. My husband got the chocolate cake which was good but the Apple dessert was terrible. Very disappointed with our evening. We are visiting from out of state for medical reasons. We went to The Circular last week and it was better overall. Very sad as this is a very nice resort. I had heard good things about 1933 which proved otherwise. I will not return. I wish I had photos of our meal. They would have been pitiful.
