    1933 was such a great experience. Our waitress anticipated what we needed and got it for us without even having to ask which is always a pleasure.

    We had a party of 10 and couldn’t have had a better experience! We were well taken care of and all food was perfect. Greatly appreciate the fantastic dinner!

    Went to this restaurant/tavern for Father’s Day… was greeted right away to be seated, once seated was served water immediately, but ordering food took a little while (normally there is a five minute window from being seated to ordering) as well as getting our food (was not very busy when we were there) not sure if the kitchen was behind with orders from having been busy earlier… or what may have been the case…. but food was delicious, and if someone is a wine drinker, you would be better off getting a bottle of wine then ordering single glass (they only serve 4 ounces) other than that I would recommend this restaurant/tavern, atmosphere is excellent, wait staff are very friendly, many tv’s to watch favorite sport wether sitting at table or around the bar area (which is very nice) and best of all have a great wine selection. Would definitely go back.

    One of the best tasting and presentation of onion broth that I have experienced. Will definitely order that again. The Swordfish was delicious in taste, and moist. Excellent wait service.

    Food was excellent. But portions small and prices were higher than another HERCO Restaurant Devon I eat at all the time.

    We had the cheeseboard for the appetizer we ordered a variety of meals, which were all delicious. I highly suggest the fish and chips! For dessert we had the chocolate cake and ice cream as well as the strawberry shortcake. It was beautiful and delicious! We enjoyed the peanut butter and chocolate martinis with our meal. Highly recommend trying 1933!

    It looks like 1933 needs to decide what kind of restaurant it wants to be. It seems like pub/bar but also serves families and very large groups. Our server was very good and that really saved the night. Overall the food was disappointing and there are no specials offered off the menu (which is clearly focused on steak). We expected that it would be a 'finer' steak house but if falls short. The hotel can definitely benefit from another restaurant but unfortunately this one isn't there yet.

    We had a good experience at 1933, great service, good food, good drinks and good atmosphere. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice and peaceful restaurant.
