Un enfoque moderno a la gastronomía de inspiración sureña. Además de hacer referencia al clásico coctel, un highball es la señal del conductor del tren para partir a toda velocidad. Fue así como las abundantes cosechas del centro de Florida llegaron del campo a la mesa, un símbolo del poderío agrícola de la región. Highball & Harvest (H&H) rinde homenaje a este legado, con menús cargados de ingredientes de granjas locales, así como de sus propios esfuerzos por cosechar sus verduras de hoja. Aquí cosechan productos frescos de su jardín local de 650 m² en Whisper Creek Farm. Los cocteles artesanales están preparados con frutas y hierbas de temporada, y crean una aventura culinaria inspiradora y memorable. Cuenta con servicio de valet parking, el cual será validado en el restaurante.

Being in the Ritz, I had high expectations. The restaurant did not disappoint. Service was excellent. All the food was delicious.

Our meal, service, and welcome upon arrival were fantastic. Hector and his staff were attentive, detail oriented, and extremely client centric without being aggressive or bothersome while we dined. This was truly a great experience and a wonderful night. The menu was executed perfectly and each dish (we had 4) was delicious while also being visually attractive. A great night for the senses. Our only regret is not going here sooner, or more often. We will be back in September and will dine here again.

Service and food options are great. Only recommendation is to consider more vegan options and non-pork products.

The value is not good. The cost of the food vs what you get portion wise as well as flavor is not good. I would not recommend this place. The menu is very limited so you would think the food would be great but it wasn’t. Stay away from the pork chop…. It was a thick cut piece of ham, not a pork chop.

Service is impeccable. We love date night dinners here. The food is delicious and we are treated with such warmth, kindness, and attention to detail. Love it here - thank you!

We dined here as a couple a year ago while visiting town and had the best time. The whole evening was excellent, greet to table to service to food to drinks. We committed to coming back this year and brought another couple with us and H&H did not disappoint. Once again an excellent experience all around. The service in particular stood out both times, each member of the staff showing elite skill with a very warm, friendly and personal touch. Thank you! See ya next year.
