Good food, especially if you want to eat healthy and great Matcha martini. Our server was super nice, but he was not on point with service. I felt like the servers were spread too thin for the customers they had.

Service was not adequate. Difficult to acquire attention of server most times. The Happy Hour fried chicken tenders were quite hard and strangely shaped. The nachos were too weirdly sweet so we could not finish. The berry crumble is no longer available and in its place is an unpalatable apple strudel type of dessert. Hugo’s seems to have sadly diminished in quality since 2022.

I ordered eggs Benedict and the eggs came out over cooked. The fruits were not fresh either. Server was slow when it’s not busy. I really loved this place, but haven’t been here for a while now. It feels like a diner more than anything. Very disappointed.
