   If you go to NOLA you must go to Irene’s. It is totally upscale dining with a comfortable, laidback air. Wonderful!

   Excited to eat at an iconic restaurant. Sadly, the food was rather bland and lacked flavor. The setting and ambiance was charming, and service- superb!

   My only regret was the waiter seemed to forget about us at times. We waited for over 10 minutes after meal was done to have him check on us. Food was delicious

   It was our first time at Irene’s. Brandon was incredible. We ate in the “Saint Francis” room, and sat next to the window. Perfect view of the courtyard with the late afternoon sun shining on the foliage. That location gave us a direct ear to the pianist. The music was perfect! Kelli was Brandon’s serving team mate in the room. We are old so I will say she was Johnny Carson to his Ed McMahon! Don’t get me wrong, this is not dinner theater. It is two people that truly enjoy working together. My wife and I are blessed to be able to eat out regularly. We find, interacting with staff even more stimulating than great food. For us Irene’s gave us both excellent food and impeccable service. Thanks guys!

    In 45 years we have never sat at dinner for 2 1/2 hours!!! Hunter are waiter was amazing, informative, fun and knowledgeable. The food was the best we have ever had, really every bite. We have both travelled the world, and we both felt the same about the food, ambiance (sitting outside), and Hunter. Such an enjoyable evening, thank you, best night ever after a wonderful day in New Orleans
