                                                                                                                  I ordered the surf and turf. the steak was good but the salmon had a lot to be desired. I also ordered a beer and when they brought my glass of beer it was 3/4 full.

                                                                                                                  Hadn't been to Jags in a couple years. Came to catch up with bestie. So happy to see nothing has changed as is not the case with a lot of restaurants especially post Covid lock-in. Food is great, service was great. Prices have gone up as they have in most cases. But as the food is still amazing happy to pay the difference. Loved the piano player.

                                                                                                                  Everything was wonderful. The server was fantastic and so friendly. The food and wine were excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. It was a great evening.

                                                                                                                  Jag's is one of our favorite restaurants, and it’s usually a five-star experience. However, tonight we chose to sit outside on the patio, and unfortunately, the service didn’t meet the high standard we’ve come to expect. The service on the patio was noticeably slower, and the staff was far less attentive compared to the excellent service we’ve always received when dining inside. We had to ask for bread three times, and it didn’t arrive until after our appetizers were served. Additionally, every other time we’ve visited Jag's, a manager has stopped by to check on our experience — but that didn’t happen tonight.

                                                                                                                  We visited Jags for our 22nd Wedding Anniversary, for our first time. The service was outstanding, the facility was beautiful, however the food was OK. The steak cut was a little tough for a ribeye, but it tasted good. The West Chester wedge salad was the best part of the meal. Overall, it was ok.

                                                                                                                  I've dined at alot of places and celebrated many things...but all else PALES in comparison to that which is Jags Steak and Seafood! I brought my mother in for her 61st birthday and the warmth of service given to us by BRANDON DORSEY and his service partner was second to none. The quality of food made my mother overjoyed and I've never seen her fall in love with food the way she did tonight. Thank you for celebrating my mother, Jags! We will be back!

                                                                                                                  I tried a new dish off of the vegetarian menu and it did not disappoint. Vegetable primavera was absolutely fantastic! I always love the food here and the service is amazing.
