I am a picky eater and father of 6. We had 2 nights of AMAZING dining. We had food that didn't need substitutions, and every dish was composed of uniquely treated ingredients. The highlight was a server named Janny! She made our daughter feel like a princess and us all feel like family. As much as I want to come back and have Janny as a server Joey should promote her and have her train a masterclass in being a server.

Kevin our server was fabulous as always. He is funny and entertaining and just makes you feel so welcome. The food is always on point and when you have a server that elevates your experience, you can’t help but enjoy yourself.

I had the pleasure of dining at Joey Bentall today, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The moment we walked in, we were welcomed by an atmosphere that perfectly balances sophistication and warmth. A special shoutout to Shawn, the manager, whose leadership was evident in every aspect of our visit. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence truly set the tone for the entire dining experience. One of the standout aspects of Joey Restaurants is their cutting-edge dress code for the servers—polished, modern, and reflective of the brand’s commitment to a high-caliber dining experience. The team exudes professionalism, delivering service with confidence, attentiveness, and a genuine sense of hospitality that makes you feel like a valued guest. The food, as always, was outstanding. Every dish showcased high-quality ingredients, executed with precision and attention to detail. From the presentation to the flavors, it was clear that the culinary team takes pride in delivering an elevated dining experience. Joey Bentall continues to set the bar for premium casual dining, blending style, service, and culinary excellence effortlessly. from the time we were greeted and offered welcome drinks by the host to our server and the food runner. it was a great experience. our server was concious of the fact it was busy lunch hour and also there was a large group that ordered just ahead of us. she made a good call to submit our order ahead of there's so our food wouldn't be stuck behind theirs. the food runner he had accidentally knocked over one of the champagne flutes. he was very apologetic and handled it like a champ and added in a joke that was lighthearted and fun. also, there was a woman who walked around the restaurant to check on us and other tables. To see how our experience was. our team is already planning the next outing to joey's and try their hh.

The manager Robyn, manages a well run restaurant and was very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to visiting the restaurant again.

we were greeted very nicely but thats where it ended, our table was ready and we sat and was greeted Minutes later by a server who wasn't ours telling us she will help our server, as we wer watching out server gossip and chat with every staff member by our table as she is saying this. we placed our order and the appetizer came out right away but it seemed our main food was sitting at the window for 15 to 20 minutes almost like our main course was made with the appetizer. we usually go to the one on burrard and Coquitlam and will probabally stay with those locations and leave this over hyped location for other people who dare
