   Vibe is great, super classy. Drinks are meh - I keep waiting for a bar that actually knows the laws and can use them to make a good drink. Read the law, use it to your advantage… or be like everyone else. Food was ok but definitely not a $40 pork chop. Flavor was wonderful but I asked for it medium and it was over done and dry. They replaced it but it’s a “chop house”. Oysters were great the way God created them but way overpriced. Pork belly and beans was our favorite small plate. Highlight really was our waitress. She was amazing! Witty, fun and honest. Probably won’t be back. Hate to be a downer, but hopefully you have a better experience.

   Food and service outstanding, decor is modern and layout of restaurant well thought out. We were in a separate dining area, not the main bar section. Noise level was very high where we were seated but not in the bar area. We will request quieter seating next time. Overall, an excellent experience.

   Outstanding food and service. Would recommend to anyone wanting a fine dining experience. Was a bit loud when we were there due to a party going on next to us. A bunch of people walking around all of the tables talking loudly and yelling across the room to others that were a part of their party. Disrupted our dinner and put a damper on the ambience.

   We really enjoy Kimi’s ambiance and food. The beverage prices are high ($10 for a 12oz Guinness and $18+ for a cocktail) as are the food prices (nearly $60 for a dozen oysters). A favorite stop in our neighborhood, though an infrequent one.

   We are so happy Kimi's is in Holladay! We love the space, decor, service and food. The chairs are comfy, which allow us to settle in, relax and enjoy dinner. Nicolin was an incredible server. Very professional and personable. We love the egg rolls and baked brie to start. Salmon, pork chop, sea bass and meatballs were our entrees and all were cooked perfectly and delicious. Love the sparkler in dessert for our birthday girl. The cheesecake and chocolate kiss were just the right ending to our fabulous meal! We look forward to our next visit.

    We went here for our anniversary. Actually we had our reception here 39 years ago. We don’t remember what it was called then but Kimi has done an exceptional job with the decor and ambience. We sat upstairs which was cozy but there was a table around the corner that was loud so that it why I gave it a lower rating on noise. I just think it was bouncing off the walls just right for where we were seated. The people were just enjoying themselves they weren’t being rude. Our waiter was good. I think being upstairs you may not get the attention you need but the food was really good. I got the peppercorn steak which was really tender. My husband got the special which was Chilean sea bass with some kind of awesome sauce on it. Highly recommend! We will definitely be going back again.
