    Came here for my child's high school graduation with our family. We haven't been in a while but always love the location, food and ambiance of the restaurant.

    It needed a major remodel years ago. Food was just okay. The view of the water is great. The parking lot is sketchy.

    Everything was perfect as usual, but service was not fast enough, our reservation was at 7 and we were waiting until 7:30 at the bar and no one came to help us with drinks until 10 minutes later! When we sat at our table, still waiting for our server to come! Food was amazing, dessert was delicious and the table they gave us was fantastic location! Thank you 🙏

    Kincaids is one restaurant we always visit when staying at a SFO hotel before a next day flight. I had the lobster bisque which was very good. I also had the pear salad which only had slivers of pear and was relatively dry. Could have used a bit more dressing. The coconut shrimp was okay but the shrimp a bit overcooked. My husband’s copper river salmon was done very well and he enjoyed the preparation. Service was very good. I didn’t have my Landry’s card with me and our waiter was kind enough to get my account information that gave us a $25 reward. Hopefully out next visit the food will be the same quality we’ve come to expect at Kincaid’s.

    The food, atmosphere and scenic view of the Bay were all incredible. We chose Kincaid’s to celebrate two birthdays. The wait staff was truly amazing. Nisha gets 10 stars (out of 5) for her meticulous, efficient and super kind service. The best customer service ever!!! She is a rock star with an extraordinary future of possibilities.
