Very nice place with good food and great views!! Crab and shrimp pasta was delicious as was the bread pudding Bar area is a delightful place to eat and take advantage of the extensive liquor and wine selection Prices are reasonable and parking is easy!!

Great food and service. I requested a table near the window. The server advised that all those tables were taken, but that she would get as close to the window as possible. She delivered! The view makes for a great dining experience, especially on a beautiful sunny day with clear skies. We ordered the sampler appetizer, which included coconut shrimp, teriyaki beef, and crab and artichoke dip. Delicious! Our entrées were the steak and seafood sampler (salmon, shrimp, and scallop). Each entrée came with mashed potatoes and veggies. Delicious! Salmon can sometimes be dry. Not this one; it was flaky and seasoned well. Dessert was bread pudding, and they surprised us with a crème brûlée to help us celebrate a birthday. Great experience and excellent food. Be sure to make a reservation. The place is so good that you will be waiting if you don't!

Kincaid's has a great location, view and ambiance, but the hosts and seating has always been frustrating. We had a reservation, requesting a window seat and arrived 10 minutes early. We had to wait 15 minutes to get our table and instead of a table by the window, ours was far away from any view. I let the hosts know we requested a window, but she assured us they were none available. The couple that arrived 10 minutes behind us and seated just after us, got a window booth. I asked the hosts, why they got the window, even though we arrive with a reservation first. The hosts did not care and said they probably had a window reserved too and their reservation was earlier than mine, even though they arrived later! I think the host should had offered a solution, (ie we'll move you to the next available window) or some some concern about not satisfying our initial request. The service was good, but the food is not worth going back to. The hosts left a bad taste in my mouth, and it will be a long time before I try them again.

We came in at 4:45pm on Sat, 6/21 with a party of 12. Our server, Tepop, seated us before the hostesses could and told us there were no specials or prix fixe menu available—not true, as we later saw other tables with the $49 three-course menu, which another server confirmed was available. Seven of us ordered prime rib ($46.75–$52.75), and the rest got seafood or pasta. Tepop asked if we wanted soup or salad without saying it cost extra. He also pushed nearly $100 in appetizers. I requested my prime rib rare (my usual), but it came medium-well. When I asked for a better slice, he argued and said I should’ve ordered the ribeye instead. Only after a back-and-forth did he bring a slightly better cut. When we brought up the prix fixe menu, he pretended not to know about it, though we’ve seen him here multiple times before. It felt dishonest and calculated—especially since he seated us directly and skipped the host stand, likely to avoid us seeing the menu. Alex, the manager, was outstanding—he adjusted our bill to prix fixe pricing and comped an appetizer and desserts. He handled it professionally and made things right. Tepop: 0 stars. Upselling, misleading, and rude. Alex: 5 stars. Saved the evening with great customer service.

Our server, Judy was outstanding. A hard worker. The sockeye salmon was grilled perfectly but served over a couscous squash medley. Not tasty. A wild rice would have enhanced the salmon better. Judy understood, agreed, could bring us mashed potatoes, so did.

I was celebrating my birthday and it was really nice! From appetizers to main course to dessert, everything was delicious and worth it. Thank you for the service and good food!

So the food was so so I ordered a glass of wine. It came to $29. I wasn’t pleased about that. Our bill came to almost $500 after we tipped they had a set menu for Father’s Day. I had the shrimp it was OK but I thought the menu was set, but it looks like they did charge us for separate items which I wasn’t pleased about. I would say the food was a two service was a three and I guess the atmosphere was good cause we were on the water

Special Fathers day menu included shrimp stuffed with crab and grilled wild king salmon. Both very tasty and cooked as requested. Key lime pie a nice finish. Our waiter Eric is excellent.
