A pesar de tener reservación demoraron mas de 40 minutos en llamar a mesa. incluso pasaron a personas antes, solo porque nosotros estabamos en el bar.

Slowest service we’ve had in years. Took over 3 hours from arrival to departure. We were ready to order every time we were asked, whether for drinks, appetizers, dinner or dessert. But every item took forever to come out to the table. Even something as simple as a beer took ages. Food was ok, not great. Considering the price, would never go back.

Great Valentines Day menu and price! Only had a few complaints: we had to wait until our food came for our drinks & had a wait a min or so for steak knives with our meal. Overall the atmosphere and our server was great!

Service was bad, steak was not cooked as requested sent back 3 times crab had spoiled smell to it couldn’t eat it very very dissapointed prices are too high for no quality food.

Everything was exceptional. From the moment we walked in being greeted by a host, to our server, and the rest of the staff. The food was excellent as well as the drinks. We recommend Kincaids highly for all these reasons. We look forward to our next visit.

The food took a long time to arrive, and the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The waitress repeatedly forgot our requests, such as bringing us napkins, even after we reminded her multiple times. I don’t quite remind her name Jena?? We still tipped her in the end but we won’t come back.

Love Kincaid’s, food is good and the staff is friendly. I always enjoy hanging out in the bar and the great view from the patio

The setting is very lovely. I very much enjoyed my wine and the company during my lunch with friends, but… My fish tacos had absolutely no taste. There was no hint of any Mexican seasoning or spice -very very bland and we’re served with french fries it’s a very strange thing to serve with three tacos. The music was just awful. I don’t even know how to describe it. It wasn’t pop. It wasn’t jazz. It wasn’t rock. It was just awful and I don’t know who they’re trying to appeal to most everybody in the dining room or middle aged or older. They really ought to read their audience. I asked the server if they could put on something a little more appropriate for dining and she said she needed permission from the manager who is the manager of trying to appeal to it was just crazy and just awful.. I don’t think I’d ever wanna go back there again based on the music and the bland food.

Our server was Herman and he was old school fun and knew food and drink! It was a friends gathering and we frequent Kincaids and it never fails!
