   Our server was very sweet, and she did a great job of notifying the manager when we sent a dish back because it was VERY overcooked chicken. Management was super proactive and tried a few times to bring a replacement meal or free dessert, but my hubby kindly declined. Bar service was slow, but drinks were good. I used to love this place…unfortunately it just seems to have taken a hit with food quality over the years.

   Waited over an hour and a half for our party to be served food. Saw a large party get sat AFTER US, get their food, eat, pay, and still leave before we receive anything. Then, when we received our food, steak temps weren't right. But guess what? We didn't want to wait another hour for it to be "corrected" Food portions were so small. One of our guests finished his food in 5 minutes. This place used to be better. Stop making so many reservations and blaming it on the kitchen. You ruin the experience on the guests who book with you. That is on the restaurant and the managers.

   We went for brunch for the first time. Our waiter was training and that’s fine, we are patient people. The service was okay but I never got a coffee refill and I didn’t get the bacon I ordered. I mentioned both things and they forgot. If it was slammed, I would totally get it but it was almost dead. The pancakes I got were like microwaveable instant pancakes. Whatever. Just wasn’t thrilled. People are nice but I probably won’t be back for brunch.

   We stopped in for Happy Hour on our Date Night. We sat on ther patio. The macadamis nut chicken and the roll were very good. It was a very good value Happy Hour prices. It is always fun to sit on the patio for casual conversation and to watch the people on the plaza. People were ahving fun, but the music was a little too loud.

   Food was excellent, as we always find. Marissa did a great job taking care of us, checking on drinks, and provided wonderful service! And by the way, the cheesecake was the best ever…. Perfect finish to my cilantro lime chicken. Keep up the great work. We love Kona Grill!

   Food was good, but very very overpriced. The portion was a little on the small side. The side dish was overpriced.

   Food was great! The limited sushi menu was unfortunate since I know the sushi here is amazing, but the limited selection was not a great choice. Our server was non existent from the time we sat down to the time we left. We saw her twice and then we waited and waited until the manager noticed us with empty glasses and plates and started serving us instead. A different server came over to clear our plates and give us the check. It would have been nice to know if we were given to a different server, so we know who to talk to. We were also sat right next to where the servers were rolling silverware and it was so loud, we couldn't even hear the music or each other, so we had to move tables. When the check was available on the tablet we were charged for and $8.00 beer when I ordered a $3.00 beer, but nobody came over to help answer my question after that so I took the difference from the tip instead. We had higher hopes for our Valentine's dinner.

    Went here for the steak night special that is advertised on OpenTable for two people. When we got there, we were handed a special menu that was printed out and told that this is what they are serving for the night. When I mentioned the special, I was told that they were not offering it. The offer specifically says available from two to closing every day. Drinks were highly overpriced. Food was subpar for the price as well. In my opinion for the atmosphere and table settings, the food should be about half the price. Very disappointing. We won’t be returning.
