   Pésimo servicio, no sabían que habíamos pedido, nos trajeron cosas que no eran nuestras y las de nosotros las llevaron a otra mesa,muy mala atención, hasta al final llegó el gerente que nos hizo un descuento por el mal servicio. La comida muy regular.

   We were sat for 20 minutes and nobody had come by. I went up to the hostess to let her know. I wasn’t even upset. I just wanted them to know. But then was given the response “Well, we have a full restaurant” with an attitude. The waiter then came and got our orders. No apology for the wait or anything. The rest of the meal was fine. Food was decent, but not worth the price.

   It was a great experience great food and I will definitely be back. It was my first time there.

   The service was as adequate, but overall it was a disappointing experience. The food was bland and way overpriced (imagine 5 pieces of a shrimp tempura roll which was 70% rice on the menu for $22-25), portion size was below average. There are many better restaurants near by that blow this one out of the water. We will not be back in the near future.

   The food and ambience were wonderful. Came to celebrate our 46th anniversary. We were cordially and promptly greeted and seated. Probably the worst service experience we have ever had. I don't know if our server was new or jar having a bad day, but he did not have a clue about"customer service. " We were there for 2 hours just trying to get service. He would promise to bring a drink refill or a dessert menu and not return for 15-20 minutes. They were not that busy and the other servers seemed to be buzzing around taking care of their customers.

   I was extremely disappointed with the service we recieved. To begin, our margaritas were served in water glasses because they were out of the correct drinkware. Half empty glass isn’t a good look. Our waiter got my order wrong, I ordered a filet and received a ribeye. He dropped off the plate and disappeared so I had to have a busser find him. It took more than fifteen minutes to get the correct meal, my dining partner had already finished his meal by the time I received mine. While I appreciated that our server brought an order of fingerlings in the meantime, bringing another order plus mashed potatoes with the meal was a bit of starch overload. Our water glasses were never refilled, we weren’t offered a second drink or dessert. We normally tip 25% or more. Not this time.

   The food was very good and the portions were generous. Service was great. I would definitely go back.

   My waitress forgot to put in out drinks. So we had dinner without drinks eventually it was fixed but after we basically ate our meal.

   Our waitress (Emalea) was outstanding, would sit in her section again. Very pleasant and easy to strike a conversation with.

    Outstanding I'm from Ohio it was my very first time going the food was amazing it came out in a good amount of time the bill was a little up there but it was a great experience for me and my wife good food good people
