Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. WE ARE FAMOUS FOR OUR WET AND DRY-AGED STEAKS THAT ARE HAND-CUT BY OUR IN HOUSE PROFESSIONAL BUTCHERS.Our steaks are wet aged on average 45 to 70 days, cut and then dry-aged for another 5 to 7 days. This extensive aging process is what separates us from our competition. We have been described as serving a “Ruth’s Chris” steak at an “Outback” price. In addition to our signature steaks, we serve baby back ribs, fresh salads, chicken, seafood, fajitas, and we even have two pasta dishes. Prices range on entrees from $9.99 to $29.00 for our 22 oz. T-bone steak. We make our dishes from scratch using the best ingredients. It’s the little details that keep the guests returning, from grilling a lemon to be squeezed on a fresh grilled fish, to making our brownies for our signature dessert, the Brownie Sundae.

    We had a 4 course meal and the wine pairing that was incredible. Tomatoe bisque Rockfish Filet mignon olive oil style cake The rockfish with a creamy butter sauce was my favorite, but everything tasted great. The wine pairings were amazing.

    Ruth Chris is hands down my favorite restaurant for variety, ambiance, service and availability (they stay open late). The ribeye and stuffed chicken are my favorite entrees. I always order the lobster mac no matter what else i eat. The seafood tower is absolutely amazing too. The bbq shrimp were a bit disappointing this time, usually very savory. Last night way too salty. Also disappointed they still dont take apple pay, google wallet... like cmon guys. I had to leave and go to an ATM to get cash and pay for my meal. They need a sign posted as patrons walk through the door so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Still my favorite restaurant!!!

    The food and drinks were amazing 10/10❤️ we celebrated my big brothers 50th birthday and they provided a free dessert as well. Can’t wait to go back.
