Located across the street from Historic Rocky Mountain College on Poly Drive, The Granary has been a landmark restaurant in Billings, MT for nearly 50 years! Originally built in 1935, the Granary served as the milling department for Billings Polytechnic Institute until World War II when they closed the doors.The recent remodel in 2022 breathes new life into a historic building.     Was able to get a last minute reservation on a window seat. Food was fantastic. Service was fantastic. View was fantastic. Everything was overall fantastic. Definitely will go again.

    I had the steak salad and my wife had the meatloaf. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out medium to medium well. My wife said her meatloaf was overcooked too. The lobster bisque and bread were fantastic! I would have sent my meat back, but we were in a bit of a hurry.

    We love the granary and go often. Then time wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad either. Still will keep going.

    I took my fiancé here for Valentines Day. They were short staffed and a little behind but very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. They apologized a lot even tho it wasn’t necessary. The food and drinks were amazing. Very high quality, very comfortable, and we thought it was very affordable. We do like to eat at nice restaurants so don’t take my word on price. Will go here again! Thank you Ten for good food and even better memories.
