El Dressler's cuenta con un grupo de gerentes muy unidos que han trabajado juntos durante muchos años. El chef Scott Hollingsworth, el gerente John Glenn, y el gerente del bar Kevin McNamara, han trabajado con el dueño del restaurante Jon Dressler, durante 17 años en total. La camaradería y el ambiente acogedor se sienten desde el momento en que se entra al restaurante. El personal atento garantiza que los comensales vivan una experiencia memorable.
