The quality of the produce, freshness of thr fish, the combinations, it all comes together in this place. Just remember to enjoy and savour the taste. No rush. I think I spent almost 3h there and we didn't even eat a LOT. We enjoyed the small orders one at a time. That's the best way that works for me. Not to overeat, pay full attention to the plate that's in front of you. The location and view were really special.
