The Lindsay Lodge and Restaurant is a destination dining experience in the Applegate Valley. I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love. Lovely expanded inside dining. Comfortable temperature with lots of heat sources on this rainy evening. Pressed coffee was perfect. GF pizza was delicious. Dessert was yummy. Local live music was so pleasant by Lisa & Dean. Nice evening with friends.

This was our first visit since the ownership change and it was fantastic! They have some unique food items that were amazing and both deserts we ordered were yummy! We sat by the inside fire and the ambience was great. Service and cocktails were super!
