Our server. Kirsten, was off the charts excellent. Her eleven year tenure shows in her commitment to offering diners and exceptional experience. The food is expensive but well worth it.

Very good meal! For the cost, expected better service. Waitress had an assistant but was still not very attentive. Overall wonderful dinner!

Ocean Blue is hands-down the best restaurant in Utica. The lunch menu has very reasonable prices, and the dinner menu, while a bit more expensive, is still excellent value for the quality of the food and the bespoke experience. Our server was knowledgeable, personable, and professional and she attended to everyone's preferences well. Everyone's food was excellently prepared. The desserts are sizable. We shared the flourless chocolate cake (divine) and the very best key lime pie I've ever tasted. If budget is a big concern, at least come for lunch - it's memorable.

Went with a group of 9. Some things were cold (mashed potatoes, appetizer meatballs)… but everything was very tasty. Our waiter seemed a little rushed/busy, but still provided excellent service. We appreciated the small, private room for our larger group.

The food was delicious!! Would highly recommend! The waitress Rachel was fantastic!!
