Wonderful food and really pleasant staff. We had potted lobster and scallops followed by cornish sole fish of the day. Really great meal for a special occasion..not the cheapest but worth a visit.

Very well cooked lunch. Nice and near to the fire as requested too. As ever the staff are very friendly and obliging

Delicious Sunday lunch today, tasty and plentiful. I have given 5 stars, although there was no cauliflower cheese, we did not realise we missed it until discussing on the car on the way home!! The meats were cooked perfectly, between us we had chicken and rib eye. The service was fantastic with pleasant and helpful staff.

Due to graduation at the University everywhere was fully booked. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us( party of 5 with 2 having mobility issues). Food was good value for money and was prompt. Would visit again
