It is a very small world in which you can share your experiences without a quizzical cock to the head or silent judgement. It’s where good, simple food is elevated with freshness and the care put into each plate is evident in terms of beauty and taste. It’s an escape for any queer person who wished to go to a hotel like those in White Christmas without the fear of sticking out, and allows guests to indulge in the nostalgia of stepping back in time without any of the social trauma. Guesthouse is a very special place, and I can’t wait to find my way back to Lost River soon.

Delightful tucked away gem, offering a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The menu is solid, and they have a great assortment of cocktails and drinks. Don’t miss the croissant bread pudding for dessert! A perfect spot for a great meal. Highly recommend!

Great food with wonderful service - and a little champagne to celebrate our anniversary!

We had a lovely dinner at Chop House. The food, service, and ambience were spectacular, and the prices are reasonable for the quality.

We had a large group for breakfast. We had service and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the sweet potato pancakes and the eggs Benedict special.
