We are open to non-resident guests through pre-booking only. In 2017 Holly and Ali moved down to Plymouth for a new life away from London. Passion for all things pizza and years of hospitality life brought about Knead pizza.Starting in Plymouth market and honing our skills to try and work out our perfect pizza. We moved into The LHA garden in 2019 due to that thing we wont mention and started cooking with flame. We got ever closer to cracking and adapting the truest of neopolitan style dough into a perfectly soft, neo neapolitan light and flavoursome crust.Now after a stroke of luck we’ve moved to the amazing Prysten House 1498. It’s one of the oldest buildings in Plymouth built by Thomas Yogge, with a real Tuscan villa vibe and courtyard, Grade 1 listed and also the inspiration for Yogge our new pizza pal.

Really had a good time here , friendly welcoming and attentive team of staff. The restaurant looks great , contemporary and fantastic views over Charleston harbour and with an excellent vibrant atmosphere. Our meals were simply superb, very high quality produce used especially the steaks. This has become a family Christmas tradition now because we all enjoy it here so much. Thanks to all the team there.

We were made to feel extremely welcome by all the staff. The food was absolutely delightful as was the setting. Will definitely go again and thoroughly recommend to all our friends.

Thought we were able to have Christmas menu but you were supposed to prebook it. OpenTable let me book table but didn’t offer to let me pre book. The staff were very apologetic but our guest was most upset. I would say it was the Saturday before Christmas and it was so quite and no background music playing, which was a shame.
