We do not accept orders for Afternoon Tea without prior notice. Dogs are welcome, so much so we now have a dog menu! (though we regret they cannot accompany their humans on tours). We serve the best Scottish food, wine, craft beers, ciders and of course our own Single Cask Single Malt Whisky made here on-site. Please as staff for details. The Black Bull Inn, Moffat is an independently owned, award winning Scottish hostelry, established 1568. Cannot fault a single thing to be honest, and that's not an understatement. Table was in the Snug which had a lovely feel about it. Service was excellent and the food lived up to reputation from other reviews. First Class all round.

The Globe in has various rooms for eating in - we were in the ground floor bar and it was lovely. The Open Table booking site makes things very confusing - better to just contact the restaurant.

Haggis Scotch egg, Smash burger, Beef featherblade, Mars bar baked Alaska and Banoffee waffle. Scocth Egg was delicious not to spicy Beef fearherblade was lovely melt in mouth Couldn't go to Back Street Restaurant without try Baked Alaska it was truly delicious. All washed down with Mayfly white wine, all went down a treat. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will hopefully be back .
