Great ambience, nice and quiet. Welcomed. Food ok...steak a little overdone and tough. Crab cakes tasted a little fishy.

Dinner was enjoyable and delicious. The bread plate is an exceptional starter that is brought out immediately with a garlic butter spread, roasted garlic cloves, an olive oil and balsamic drizzle and lastly Parmesan and olive oil as a dip. The White Elderflower Cosmo was delicious as was the Blackberry Lemonade. I had the Special Blackened Mahi Mahi with cheesy Grits which a different go with. The Mahi may have been a tad overdone for me. The middle fat part was perfect. The ends a bit dry. The Eggplant Parmesan was very good. The crock of baked onion soup was yummy as well. We had a lovely waitress as well.

During our recent visit to the Antrim 1844 Smokehouse restaurant, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and delightful dining experience. From the moment we arrived in the main house, we were warmly greeted by Greg in the Main House. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness set a positive tone for the evening as he promptly brought us our drinks and appetizers. Greg's welcoming nature made us feel right at home and added a personal touch to our visit. Prior to departing the Main House and transitioning to the dining area in the Smokehouse, our waiter for the evening, Tom, approached us, introduced himself, and inquired about our needs. Tom's extensive knowledge of the menu and his ability to recommend dishes that suited our tastes were truly commendable. His passion for the cuisine was evident, and he took the time to explain the ingredients and preparation methods, enhancing our appreciation for each dish. Moreover, Tom's expertise extended to wine pairings, where he impressed us with his detailed suggestions. He took the time to explain each wine pairing, offering insights into how each selection complemented our dinner choices, as well as sharing his knowledge of other wines available. His outstanding service and attention to detail made our dining experience exceptional. The service provided by both Greg and Tom was outstanding, making our dining experience at the Smokehouse memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for our satisfaction were evident throughout the evening. We left the restaurant not only satisfied with the delicious food but also with a sense of gratitude for the exceptional service we received. Overall, the Smokehouse is a must-visit for anyone seeking a combination of great food and top-notch service. We look forward to returning and experiencing more of what this wonderful establishment has to offer.

Service is fantastic, food lives up to expectations and the venue is definitely unique.

We had the wings and truffle fires for starters.. wow…. We then had the Salmon dish x2, we also had the NY strip Steak and the lobster risotto. All I can say was wow . Everything we ate was really really good. Our Server was amazing as well.
