In Birdsboro-Gibraltar, Christine's Creekside Inn has a long and interesting history. What is now the restaurant's building was known at various times for being a grist mill, a knitting mill, a speakeasy and a fine dining establishment. White Dog Cafe's newest location brings local, seasonal, and sustainable dining to Chester County. The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor. The restaurant features seven distinct dining rooms, each with its own unique personality and design. In addition, there is an expansive outdoor patio with a gas fireplace and retractable cover.
