Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language.
