Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Terrific food, but fair service. All dishes were excellent and perfectly prepared. But our waiter was indifferent and oddly unengaged. Either he needs a new vocation or more training. His service really took away from our overall experience of dining.

We come to Manchester to ski every year and stay at the Taconic hotel where the Copper Grouse is located. This restaurant is so good. The food and service are always amazing.

Overall excellent dining experience for the food and beer pairing dinner. The food was excellent and went well with the beers. The dining room was the perfect size and the ambiance was good. The dinner began a little late, but we were not expecting every single thing to go perfectly as it is part of the Culinary School. Highly recommend!
