The prime rib was tender and juicy, the potatoes Lyonnaise were flavorful, and the salad was delicious. Chef Bob even walked through the dining room, stopping at every table, to chat with folks. Really appreciate that the staff work on that day. It’s practically the only restaurant in Miles and Miles that’s open for Christmas dinner. Over the years we had heard of this fine restaurant during casual conversations with people, so finally we decided to find out what kind of place it was and we’re pleasantly surprised at how nice and cozy the restaurant is. More than that the drinks are fabulous, the service is excellent and the food is amazing. I love the Brussels, the salmon and fish dinners are amazing with perfect presentation… but my husband loves the brisket burger the most. I highly recommend The Vault for all occasions.
