At the Manor, our set menu is designed for family and friends to share, it balances meat, poultry, with a selection of vegetables and our home-made Dim Sums, to suit everyone's palate.Our house speciality is fire-roasted Beijing duck and our menu changes weekly. We are open to non-resident guests through pre-booking only.
