Our vineyard was originally part of the George Hunter Estate, established in the 1970s. Today, our Semillon, Shiraz, and Merlot vines are all that remain of this once sprawling 500-acre estate.We're proud to honour the legacy of James Busby, the proud Scot known as the father of Australian wine. Great restaurant and menu using local produce from their garden. Real great wines and wine pairing recommendations for each meal. Will definitely be back.

My husband and my self had a great experience at Tower Lodge Restaurant Pokolbin when we dined there on Christmas Day for a memorable lunch. The service was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and efficient the ambiance beautiful. We will sing the praises of Tower Lodge to all. We hope to return again in the near future. Thank you so much to all for giving us a great special day Elaine and Barry Mann. Clarence Town
