This was our first time visiting Salt. It was much more spacious inside than I thought it would be, yet still felt comfortable & warm due to having different seating areas vs one big open room. We really liked the lighting and the decor, there was music in the background that wasn’t too overwhelming yet still made it feel like a fun Friday night.  The ambiance alone makes me excited to dine there again. My daughter and I shared four appetizers and liked each one. Our favorite was the poke … beautiful presentation, and the rice underneath was addictive. The only preference I would have next time is no Sriracha mayo drizzled on it, instead just a little of that caramel soy they put under the rice. The calamari was nice and crunchy … it had good flavor on its own, but the dipping sauce was also good.  The spicy tuna roll was nice & fresh, lovely presentation. Our least favorite of the four were the dumplings. They were really good, but didn’t need to be served in the citrus chile sauce. Maybe just squeeze a bit of it over the dumplings versus filling the bottom of the dish with it? Every dish that went by us to other tables looked amazing.  Next time I’m excited to try the oysters Rockefeller and lamb lollipops, plus the skillet bread.

Went with the family to celebrate my daughters 22nd birthday and everyone had a great time

The staff was amazing! We do the Valentine's dinner with our kids because of nostalgia, and this location did not disappoint. Spacious interior, plenty of seating, the decor was on point complete with vases and candles at each table, tablecloth coverings, and chocolates to boot! Loved every minute and so glad they keep doing this.
