We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. All in all - excellent! I had the pork which was ‘melt in the mouth’ and my husband had the steak and Stilton pie - beautiful food. The staff were very attentive and The Bulls Head should be very proud of them. Wished we lived nearer and could eat there again!

We both had steaks. It was probably the best steak we’ve had in a long time, the chips were cooked to perfection and everything was hot! Will definitely return.

The food was delicious and the waiting staff were all very polite - some were clearly new, but did a very good job at making us feel welcome. The only downside was there was a DJ who started at just after 8pm which made it very hard for us to have a conversation, even though we were sat in the restaurant side of the pub. Overall though I would definitely come back, just perhaps not on a Friday night!
