Start with drinks by the fireplace in the adjoining lounge or by the courtyard fountain on a balmy summer evening. Guests as well as visitors can enjoy lunch and dinner seven days at Tower Lodge. Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients. Just across the way is a pasture home to the Hope’s own very local Angus cattle.

My husband and my self had a great experience at Tower Lodge Restaurant Pokolbin when we dined there on Christmas Day for a memorable lunch. The service was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and efficient the ambiance beautiful. We will sing the praises of Tower Lodge to all. We hope to return again in the near future.
