South End was home to Charlotte’s first railroad line, connecting us to Columbia and Charleston, SC in the mid-1800’s. “Link & Pin” is an old railroad term. A “Link” was installed on one railcar then, as the two railcars were joined, a “Pin” was manually inserted into the other railcar’s link, holding the two railcars together. O-ku es mi restaurante favorito, por su versatilidad y por el cariño que ponen en todo, por esta razón, invite a un foráneo colega del trabajo, que es vegetariano, los meseros fueron tan amables en hacernos saber todas las posibilidades que tenían en el menú. Mi colega se ha enamorado de el servicio, la abundante y deliciosa comida. Ahora, O-Ku está en su lista de los favoritos. Gracias Ryan y Anthony por ser nuestros anfitriones.
