Amici Italian Restaurant, located on the corner of A1A and 312, has been part of the St. Augustine community for over 20 years. In 2020, local Award-winning Chef Freddy Underhill and his wife, Jennifer, purchased Amici with the hopes of carrying on it's legacy. However, 6 days in, they were shut down for dine-in service due to COVID-19. The new owners were motivated and are proud to have remained open to serve St. Augustine and the many visitors travelling through each year. Best known for their traditional Italian-American classics like lasagna, parmigiana and alfredo, locals love the Pancetta Candita (aka Candied Bacon) and the Boozy Tiramisu. Don't miss the best kept secrets though! Regulars love the 16+ oz. USDA Prime Ribeye and the Award-Winning Celery Datil Soup. Great eggplant parm tonight. Service from Amanda amazing as always. We eat at Amici at least once a week. Oh and the Datil celery soup is amazing but I had broccoli and cheese soup and it was great. Great as always.
