Is there anything better than good food? According to Luis, there is not. That is why you will always find him in the dining room or on the terrace of our LUIS Eatery. Join us for a light snack or a proper meal – your wish is our command. Choosing is easy, as our menu boasts a small but select list of traditional South Tyrolean and Val Gardena dishes, while also including more modern, international options. Whatever your choice, it will be delicious – Luis’ word of honour. Of course, each meal is paired with a good glass of wine. Leave it to us, and we will recommend the right champagne and prosecco, refined wines, cocktails, and spirits all served with aplomb. It will be difficult to resist, especially when Luis is doing the rounds, infusing everyone with good cheer and proposing toasts to your health. Cheers!

The new menu at Luisa Gourmet, available in two versions, 4 or 6 courses, and entitled ‘WINTER’ celebrates seasonal products. The dishes are simple in taste, with authentic flavours, but are executed and presented to the highest standards. For an even more special experience, inside the kitchen you will find a table called ‘CHEF'S TABLE’, where you can dine in the company of the entire brigade and pampered by the wait staff.     Been to a few different Michelin star restaurants this past year and the flavors here were second to none. Everything was thoughtfully prepared with the right balance of aesthetic to flavorful balance. The tasting menu was delicious from start to finish and the purity of flavor and connection to their roots. It really doesn’t get any better than this and would definitely recommend and return.
