El Jacmel Inn se abrió en junio de 1977, después de 6 meses reformando el establecimiento en el que se encuentra, construido en 1888. Este establecimiento antiguo de 2 plantas ocupa casi 1 hectárea y se sitúa a 9 calles del centro histórico de Hammond.
