Han mantenido ese objetivo desde entonces y gracias a ello se han ganado la fidelidad de muchos clientes. El menú puede ser clasificado como británico con algunos de los platillos favoritos de Italia y alrededor del mundo. El nuevo restaurante será creado de lo que anteriormente solía ser el New Ellensmere pub y restaurante, en el East Lancashire Road, y busca brindar un espacio moderno e impecable para cenar, con capacidad para 180 comensales dentro del restaurante, y también contará con una terraza en la que puede recibir hasta 60 personas.
