La legendaria historia del Diorio Restaurant dio comienzo a principios de la década de 1920. El fallecido Rocco Diorio fue el responsable de la comida tradicional de primera calidad y de muchos recuerdos inolvidables para la mayoría de las personas del área metropolitana de Waterbury. We had a great time at Echo! The prefix menu was awesome. There were 4 courses and each one was better than the previous one. My cheers to the chef! The cost of $65.00/person was well worth it. We were not rushed at all…and the restaurant was to full capacity at all times. Would definitely recommend!
