We do not accept orders for Afternoon Tea without prior notice. Dogs are welcome, so much so we now have a dog menu! (though we regret they cannot accompany their humans on tours). We serve the best Scottish food, wine, craft beers, ciders and of course our own Single Cask Single Malt Whisky made here on-site. Please as staff for details. The Greenhead Hotel was taken over in June 2020 by local proprietor Jordan Dodwell & his partner Anna Pearson. The Globe in has various rooms for eating in - we were in the ground floor bar and it was lovely. The Open Table booking site makes things very confusing - better to just contact the restaurant.

Lovely meals, however would have been 5 stars if the veg had been hot. Also we had the food brought to table but had to ask for cutlery. All that said it was still very nice and we would definitely go again.

Haggis Scotch egg, Smash burger, Beef featherblade, Mars bar baked Alaska and Banoffee waffle. Scocth Egg was delicious not to spicy Beef fearherblade was lovely melt in mouth Couldn't go to Back Street Restaurant without try Baked Alaska it was truly delicious. All washed down with Mayfly white wine, all went down a treat. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will hopefully be back .
