Overall a great experience. Great choice of food for different budgets. Service was great. Venue is beautiful. Drinks at the bar a bit pricey. Food - all lovely. Think I’d opt for the set lunch menu for value and quality next time. Very well looked after for a special birthday celebration.

Our experience can be summed up by Homer Simpson, "Mmmm, meat!!!" Service was brilliant, even though it was fairly busy, and staff were very pleasant and helpful and attentive.

We ate early from The Locals Set Menu - the food was exceptional and outstanding value. What made the whole experience so enjoyable was the service - the waiter was amazing from the attention to detail to his advice. Delicious food complemented by exceptional service.

Lovely lunch , we had Beef and stilton pie , mash and vegetables, all cooked beautifully and very tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive All in all a lovely lunch in lovely surroundings.

Another amazing Sunday lunch! Great ambience, wonderful service and reasonably priced. The cauliflower cheese is my Roman Empire!!
